Louis holds a business degree from Université de Sherbrooke and two Executive Development Program certificates from Harvard Business School and Wharton. He is also a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
His career includes senior Sales and Marketing Management positions at Johnson & Johnson for 16 years. He has built and led sales and marketing organizations in Canada, the United States, and Japan, while also providing market development leadership in Asia Pacific and Latin America. He was the World Wide Director of Marketing at International Air Transport Association (IATA) from January 2005 to June 2007 and then Business Unit Director for the Respiratory and Monitoring Solutions division at Covidien from 2007 to 2010.
